Beneteau America was honored with the 2015 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award in the Sailboats category to acknowledge its efforts and excellence in customer satisfaction.
The announcement occurred during the annual Industry Breakfast at the 2015 International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in Louisville, KY. This year, the Marine Industry CSI Awards honored 45 manufacturers that actively measured customer satisfaction and pursued continuous improvement to better serve the customer.

It’s about delivering an exceptional experience during the sale and beyond,” notes Robert Newsome, vice president of engineering standards for NMMA. “We congratulate these 45 manufacturers for their commitment to promoting a positive boat ownership experience.”
Beneteau achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 94% in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers who purchased a new sailboat during the period April 1, 2014 – March 31, 2015.
