MARION, SC…The National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) recently recognized Beneteau USA for once again achieving excellence in customer satisfaction this year as part of the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) program. NMMA launched its CSI program in 2001 to provide boat and engine manufacturers with an independently-measured, cost-effective tool to help improve customer satisfaction in the boating industry.

As a CSI Award recipient, Beneteau achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction throughout the past year, based on information provided by consumers who purchased a new boat between April 2007 and March 2008 "It is a pleasure to recognize the recipients of this year’s Marine Industry CSI Awards," says NMMA president Thom Dammrich.

"We are extremely honored to be a recipient of the CSI Award. Excellence in customer service has become crucial to the success of the marine industry. We recognize the importance of consumer feedback and the future of our product," said Wayne Burdick, President.

Award recipients will be formally acknowledged during the annual Industry Awards Breakfast at the 2008 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), taking place October 6-8 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
